Biography:Coach Sheffield's Outlook: “Jessica has been everything that we hoped she would be. From day one she came in and took control of this team offensively. She has brought great energy and challenged people and seems to be having a blast. She has totally invested herself in with this team and program. She's got sweet hands and does a very good job of locating. She puts hitters in good situations and gives us another offensive threat at the net. She has waited a long time to be in the position of running a team and she is absolutely running with it. She's only been here a short time, but I can already tell that I'm going to enjoy going into battle with her.”

My parents. They have been behind me throughout my career and supported every decision I've made. They taught me the value of hard work at a young age -- I don't think I'd be who I am today if I hadn't learned that.
