2012: Redshirted after suffering an ACL tear in the preseason. 

2011: Played her first game in 7-2 win against Middle Tennessee State (Aug. 19)...Saw action as a midfielder in five games as a rookie.

Coach Tucker’s Take on Lacey: "Lacey is a local product from Carroll H.S. and has the skills and attitude to add to our wide attacking abilities. Lacey is quick, relentless and skillful. She has shown continued development and will be a factor early in her career."

Prior to UD: Was a varsity starter for the Carroll High School team from 2007-10...she was a three-time First Team Girls Greater Cincinnati League selection from 2008-10, as well as First Team All-Dayton...she also earned First Team All-District honors in 2010 after helping her team to the GGCL Championship...she was also a member of the Carroll swim team from 2007-2010, serving as a captain in 2010...she was also an honor roll student, being named the Fairborn Council 3724 K of C 2008 Youth of the Year and the Ohio State Council K of C 2009 Youth of the Year...played club for Cincinnati United Premier Gold 92, winning the Ohio-South State Championship in 2009...were also adidas Blue Chip Champions, Jefferson Cup Champions and PDA Champions...played for the ODP State Team from 2004-10 and attended the ODP Regional Camp from 2005-10...was an ODP Showcase Player in 2009.

Personal: Daughter of Tom and Linda Engle...has an older brother Logan, and five younger siblings, Lyssa, Lindsey, Lexis, Lyndon and Landon...her father played football and ran track at Bluffton University and her uncle Darrell played football at Iowa...born on Jan. 8, 1993...Major: Engineering.
