RICHMOND, Ky. – Kelly Coakley, Lucy Frey and Grace Nikolai were all tied and in the Top 50 after the first two rounds of the 2012 EKU Lady Colonial Classic.

Nikolai, playing in the No. 1 spot, shot an 82 in round one and added an 83 in the second. Frey did the same thing in her first two rounds with an 82 and 83.

Coakley bounced back from an 85 in round one to shoot a team low 80 in the second.

All three are tied for 50th with a 165 total among individuals.

Two Flyers also tied as well as Maggie Prokop and Kelly Muskat each had 170 totals. Prokop and Muskat each shot an 86 in round one and an 84 in the second.

Among individual golfers, Heather Jorgensen shot an 83 in round one and a 90 in the second round.

As a team the Flyers shot a 335 in the first round. UD improved in the second 18 holes of play with a 330 team score. Dayton is in 12th after day one.

The third and final round will take place on Saturday, April 7. The final round on Saturday will begin with tee times at 8:30 a.m. ET. Live scoring during the tournament will be available through DaytonFlyers.com.
