What has been the most memorable moment in your UD career? Why?
Beating Drake my freshman year. We went into their house and just pulled off an awesome win over a top 20 nationally ranked team. It was amazing!

How have you developed on the court and off while at UD?
On the court, I've become much more adapted to the speed of the college game. Coming out of high school, I had no problem scoring. But against players as strong - or stronger - and as tall -or taller - it took a year or two to really utilize post moves as well as rebounding. Playing against Cara Wright day in and day out helped me significantly. I also developed my face-up shooting much more. And of course, thanks to basketball, I'm a pro at packing! You get stuck somewhere for a week and you learn your lesson real quick!

Off the court, I've had tremendous opportunities at UD all over campus. I will leave UD with both my undergrad in accounting and finance as well as my MBA, and those classroom experiences have been amazing. Being involved and leading in executive positions with campus activities such as the professional business fraternity, Delta Sigma Pi, Student Athlete Advisory Board, and Golden Key National Honor Society helped me improve my leadership and professional skills which carry over onto the court and the business world.

Of the lessons you have learned from Coach Jabir, what will be your most memorable?
You have to accept yourself first in order to really live life fully in all its aspects, on and off the court. That's when great gains can be made.

Describe the experience of playing at UD Arena? What are the fans like? How does the facility rank among the others you have played in?
UD Arena is probably my favorite part of being a basketball player at UD. I think it is the best arena in the A-10 and probably east of the Mississippi. Our pep band really creates a type of culture within those walls that no other group of fans can imitate. The tradition that exists in that building is awesome and I look forward to the day when a Dayton Flyer women's basketball games attract as many fans as the guys bring in. But the crowd we get now is faithful and growing!

You have seen the team improve over the past three years. Do you feel a sense of accomplishment in leaving the program better than when you arrived?
I have been with this program for five years and I love the marks that this team will be leaving on the women's basketball history at UD. We have accomplished some great feats this season with our wins and even our presence in the A-10 that has not been felt before in my time here. I think it is a great way to head out even though it is scary to leave at times. I truly believe that this team will continue to grow from the foundation the four seniors are leaving behind. All of our accomplishments could not have been made without every single person working hard day in and day out, spring, summer, fall and winter.... its an amazing group of ladies and I could not have asked for better teammates and team culture my last year here!

What message do you have for your teammates that will return to UD next year?
Keep working hard! Take care of each other and remember never forget where you came from or what got you where you are today! Love you all!

What has been the most memorable moment in your UD career? Why?
Most memorable is probably the Fordham game a couple years ago when it was our only conference win and an overtime win.

How have you developed on the court and off while at UD?
I have just grown up a bit. It has been extremely hard and I have learned how to fight through adversity.

Describe the experience of playing at UD Arena? What are the fans like? How does the facility rank among the others you have played in?
UD Arena is great and so are the fans (especially the two kids who sit behind the bench.) They are great. Our arena is the best, especially from a player's perspective. Ohio State's arena in Columbus is very impressive, but I would rather play at UD Arena any day of the week. It is a better "basketball" gym.

What message do you have for your teammates that will return to UD next year?
A message for the remaining players: Play with your heart on your sleeves. Do it for you, for each other, and take nothing for granted.

What has been the most memorable moment in your UD career? Why?
I don't really have one memorable moment, but I am going to remember my whole career, because I can say that I was a part of a team that is changing the face of the Dayton Flyers Basketball Team. To say that means a great deal, because there are only a few others that can say that they have accomplished the same.

How have you developed on the court and off while at UD?
I think being at UD and playing basketball taught me discipline on the court and off the court with classes and school work.

Of the lessons you have learned from Coach Jabir, what will be your most memorable?
He's taught me not to be sorry, be great! Since I was being recruited he always preached FAMILY. That's what UD is - a big family. He's also taught me the meaning of family, hard work and friendship.

Describe the experience of playing at UD Arena? What are the fans like? How does the facility rank among the others you have played in?
Playing at UD Arena is awesome. I don't know what more a player can ask for. The facilities are amazing. When I see other arenas (not going to mention any names!), nothing compares. I think it's definitely ranked in the top. I think it's a privilege for other teams to come and play us at our place - personally I think they probably get a little jealous. The fans are awesome and it's been great being here for two years because I have seen the fan base grow dramatically. This year our fan base grew and hopefully it will continue to grow because the UD Women's Basketball team is only going up from here!

You have seen the team improve over the past three years. Do you feel a sense of accomplishment in leaving the program better than when you arrived?
Well actually I have only been here two. But yes, I feel a great sense of accomplishment! Hearing about the year before I came and the turn around we had last year just proves that this program is going no where but up. I feel really special being apart and seeing the program change and can't wait to see where Coach Jabir and company will take this team in the next few years.

What message do you have for your teammates that will return to UD next year?
Wow...it's already over! I absolutely love all you girls! I don't think I've ever seen so many different girls mesh so well. Every one of you guys has a special place with me and you are truly my family (12 sisters I never had). You guys are a strong core and keep improving this program. I am really going to miss you guys. Remember...you girls control your own destiny and teach those new freshmen how we do it at UD!

What has been the most memorable moment in your UD career? Why?
I can't pinpoint an exact memorable moment. I would have to say the turnaround in the past three years has been amazing and to see how I could grow as a player as well as my teammates has been challenging and fun to be apart of.

How have you developed on the court and off while at UD?
I feel like playing at UD has molded me to be more of a leader on and off the court, holding myself accountable.

Of the lessons you have learned from Coach Jabir, what will be your most memorable?
I've learned that you have to believe in yourself and find confidence within because people don't always believe in you all the time.

Describe the experience of playing at UD Arena? What are the fans like? How does the facility rank among the others you have played in?
Playing at UD was great this season because more fans came out and supported, but the fans have always been really supportive and encouraging throughout. The facilities are great and to me they are the best facilities in the conference.

You have seen the team improve over the past three years. Do you feel a sense of accomplishment in leaving the program better than when you arrived?
Since the season isn't over yet and I feel that we have been in a slump lately. It's hard to look at the big picture yet, but I am proud of the veterans that have endured the tough seasons, no doubt.

What message do you have for your teammates that will return to UD next year?
Focus on fundamentals; it's the little things that are important to winning games. Give everything for each other on the court and be blind to who is scoring or making plays and just play the game to win. Respect your teammates and respect the game.
