2007
Angela Conlon ran in four meets during the 2007 season. She ran for a new personal best time at the Falcon Invitational, where she placed seventh for UD and 72nd overall in 19:52. She also broke the 20-minute mark at the Greater Louisville Invitational en route to a 10th place finish among Flyer runners. In addition, Conlon was 59th overall at the Flyer 5K and finished 10th on the team at the Atlantic 10 Championships in a time of 21:52.

2006
Ran in six meets for the Flyers...She posted her best 5K time of the season at the Flyer 5K running in a time of 20:08 helping lead her team to fourth place finish...Displacing more than 200 runners at the National Catholic Invite she finished seventh for the Flyers and 68th overall in a time of 20:23...Finished the season at the Atlantic 10 Championships where she clocked in at 20:24.

High School
Four year state qualifier in cross country. Three time state qualifier in 4x800m relay. Also qualified for state individually in the 1600 and 800m runs. Named to the all-state squad in 2003.
