Carrie Snider made her way to the Flyers' bench in 2004 as a volunteer assistant coach, making only a slight adjustment from the previous four seasons, in which she was on the floor for Dayton. Snider completed her degree in Psychology in May of 2004 and served as a volunteer assistant for one season. A four-year starter as UD's defensive specialist and libero position, she owns UD's single season digs record and is third all-time in career digs at UD. She was the Flyers' 2003 White-Allen Most Valuable Player award winner. Snider also coached for Dayton Juniors (Junior Olympic) Volleyball Organization for two years as an assistant to head coach Yoon Ha with the 14 Elite Team. The team qualified for Nationals and placed in the Top 10 in the country in both years. |
