(CROSS COUNTRY) Amy Kempf ran in two races for UD in 2007. She began the year with a 54th place finish at the Flyer 5K in a time of 20:37. In her next race, Kempf finished ninth on the team at the National Catholic Invite, crossing the line in 20:33.
(INDOOR) Did not compete.
(OUTDOOR) Recorded a career best in the 800 meter run (2:41.82) at the Miami University Team Challenge....Also had a personal best in the 5000 meter run (19:33.58) at the All-Ohio Championship and clocked in at 19:49.22 at the Southern Cup Invite.

2006-2007
(CROSS COUNTRY) Began the season with a 20:18 time at the Flyer 5K good for 43rd place overall...Posted her season-best 5K time at the Atlantic 10 Championship meet where she ran the course in a time of 19:40 for 49th place overall...Scored four times for UD including two fourth and fifth place finishes...She ended the season with a strong race at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional where she was the fifth UD runner across the finish line at 24:35.
(INDOOR) Did not compete due to injury.
(OUTDOOR) Competed in one meet during the season running the 3000 meter at the Stan Lyons Invitational.

2005-2006
(CROSS COUNTRY) Posted three of UD's top four times in 2005... Her 18:54 at the Greater Louisville Classic was the second-best UD time last season... Led the Flyers three times, finishing 21st at the Greater Louisville Classic... Placed third at the Flyer 5K with a 19:05 as the top freshman finisher and earning Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week honors... Led UD at the NCAA Pre-Nationals 6K with a 23:05... Scored 30th at the Atlantic 10 Championship to lead the Flyers, with a 19:16 time...Placed second for UD at All-Ohio with a 19:41...Named UD's Rookie of the Year.

(TRACK AND FIELD) Posted best 800 m time at the 2005 Indiana Regionals...Recorded top 1,600 m time at Sectionals in 2005...Her best 3,200 m time came in 2004.
