2005-2006
(CROSS COUNTRY) Turned in a 20:06 average time in five 5K races... Her 20:32 at the Flyer 5K helped UD finish second as a team... Posted a season-best time of 19:36 at the National Catholic Invitational, displacing runners as UD finished fifth at the meet... Also recorded an under-20:00 time of 19:47 at the Greater Louisville Classic... At the A-10 Championship, she recorded a 5K time of 20:05... Turned in a 24:12 at the 6K NCAA Regionals.
(INDOOR) Haas competed in three 3000-meter events during the season... Recorded her season-best time of 10:43.69 at the Atlantic 10 Championships in May...Ran in one-mile events at the Ball State Open (5:30.20) good for seventh place, at the Cedarville Invite (5:31.39) and at the Rod McCravy Memorial (5:33.99).
(OUTDOOR) Ran both the 1500m and the 5000m at three meets during the season... Her season-best finish in the 1500m was at the Stan Lyons Invitational placing third in a time of 4:59.9...At the A-10 Championship she recorded her season-best 5000m time (18:53.3) good for 19th place.

2004-2005
(INDOOR) Set a career-best mark in the 1-Mile at the A-10 Championship in a time of 5:31.64 and finished 15th overall...Ran the 800m at the Central Classic in 2:39.30, which was good for 17th place...In the Findlay Classic, she finished 17th in the 1,000m in 3:26.67.
(OUTDOOR) Her best time of the season in the 1500 Meter Run was at the Stan Lyons Invitational, placing 11th (05:08.6)...Also placed fifth in the 1500 Meter Run at the Cardinal Invitational (05:21.3)...In the 5000 Meter Run she placed fifth at the Michigan State Invitational (19:40.4).
(CROSS COUNTRY) Ran in one race, the Mel Brodt Invitational, finishing with a time of 21:35.

2003-2004
(OUTDOOR) Finished 14th in the 800m with a season-best 2:33.78 at the Marv Frye Invitational...Finished 21st in the 800m at the A-10 Championship...Competed in the 800m in the All-Ohio Championship, Hurricane Invitational and Purdue Invitational...Finished 21st in the 400m with a time of 1:08.36 at the Ohio State Relays.
(INDOOR) Placed 14th in the 800m (2:33.29) at the A-10 Championship...Best 800m time of 2:29.39 came in a 14th place finish at the All-Ohio Championship.
(CROSS COUNTRY) Ran in four races...Her best time was 23:03 in a 36th-place finish at the Queen City Invitational.
