(INDOOR) Ran in only one 200m event during the season at the Cedarville Invite where she placed 11th...She competed in three 400m events finishing second at the Ball State Open and recording her season-best time at the Rod McCravy Memorial (59.88)...At the Atlantic 10 Championships she earned a seventh place spot in the 500m with her 1:18.69 finish...Her best finish of the year came at the Bowling Green Invite where she won gold in the 600m (1:40.60)...In relay action, she competed in six 4x400 relay events and one 4x200 relay...She was a member of the relay team that lead the Flyers to their first place victory at the Ball State Open and contributed to the relay team that recorded the best 4x400 finish of the season at the All-Ohio Championship (4:02.33).
(OUTDOOR) Ran the 400m in five meets and the 200m in one...Her best finish of the year came at the Stan Lyons Invitational placing third (59.14)...Her season-best time in the 400m came at the Cardinal Invitational at 59.04...Placed 12th in the 200m at the same meet....In relay events, she ran 4x100's at every meet and was a member of the team that posted a season-best time at the A-10 Championships (48.98) placing 5th overall...In addition, she ran in five 4x400 relay events placing first with her fellow team members at the Stan Lyons Invitational (3:57.0) and recording a season-best time for the event at the A-10 Championships with a 3:56.2 finish...Forster was also on the 4x800 relay team that placed eighth at the A-10 Championships in May (9:31.38).
2004-2005
(INDOOR): Won bronze at the Findlay Classic in the 400m with a season-best time of 1:00.33...Was a member of the 4x400 relay that took bronze at the Ball State Open (4:15.71)...Finished 12th at the A-10 Championship in the 800m (2:24.42) and was on the 8th-place 4x800 relay at the A-10.
(OUTDOOR) Placed fifth in the 400 Meter Dash at the University of Cincinnati Oliver Nikoloff Invitational (1:01.8)...Ran her best time at the Cardinal Invitational placing seventh in the 400 Meter Dash (1:00.3)...In the 800 Meter Dash at the Michigan State Invitational, she placed fourth (02:24.0)...She also ran the 200 Meter Dash placing 11th at the Stan Lyons Invitational (26.72).
2003-2004
(INDOOR) Member of the 4x400 relay team that placed second at the Atlantic 10 Championship...That same relay team set a new school record (3:53.51) in a third place finish at the All-Ohio Championship...Placed 15th in the 500m (1:20.76) at the Atlantic 10 Championship...Best time of 60.13 in the 400m came in a 15th place finish at the All-Ohio Championship...Placed seventh in the 600m (1:42.20) at Findlay.
(OUTDOOR) Member of the 4x100 relay team that finished third at the A-10 Championship...Also a member of the 4x400 relay team that took second at Purdue, second at the Ohio State Relays and sixth at the Hurricane Invitational...Was ninth at the A-10 Championship, ninth at the Ohio State Relays and 11th at Purdue in the 400m...Finished fifth in the 100m and sixth in the 200m at the Marv Frye Invitational.
