2007-2008
(CROSS COUNTRY) Emily Deet competed in three meets during her senior season. She started the year with a 67th place finish at the Flyer 5K, running in a time of 21:08. At the Falcon Invitational, she finished eighth on the team in 19:53 in preparation for the Atlantic 10 Championships. At A-10s, Deet finished 11th among Flyer runners in a time of 22:52.
2006-2007
(CROSS COUNTRY) Ran in two races during the season...Competed at the Flyer 5K where she ran the home course in a time of 21:02...Went on to record her season-best time in the National Catholic Invite open race placing 16th in a time of 20:39...In September, she recorded a 25:26 time at the Spiked Shoe Invitational.
(INDOOR) Competed in five 3000 meter runs during the season...Topped her personal best in the 3000 meter with a 12th place finish at the Atlantic 10 Championships in a time of 10:51.34...Also finished second at the Ball State Open.
(OUTDOOR) Ran in three events for Dayton during the season...Earned a 16th place finish in the 3000 meter at the Hurricane Invitational running in 11:13.58...Had the fourth fastest Flyer time of the season in the 5000 meter run (19:13.95) posted at the All-Ohio's...Ran a time of 19:42.29 at the A-10 Championships in the same event...Competed once in the 1500 meter run at the Stan Lyons Invite (5:10.88).
2005-2006
(CROSS COUNTRY) Did not compete due to injury...Earned the 2005 Cross Country Coach's Award.
(INDOOR) Deet ran in one event during the season...She placed 22nd in the 3,000m at the Rod McCravy Memorial meet in January (11:20.61).
2004-2005
(INDOOR) In the only time she competed in the 800m run, she took home a bronze medal at the Indiana Hoosier Open (2:42.58)...She is mostly a long distance runner, competing in the mile three times and the 3000m run four times...Had the fastest time out of any UD runner this year in the 3000m run at the A-10 Championship (10:44.24), in which she took eighth...Her time of 5:25.15 at the All-Ohio Championships is fifth on UD's best mile times of the indoor season.
(OUTDOOR) Placed fourth in the 1500 Meter Run at the Cardinal Invitational (05:08.7)...Also ran the 1500 Meter Run at the Michigan State Invitational finishing 10th (05:13.6)...Her Best time in the 5000 Meter Run was at the All-Ohio Outdoor Track & Field Championships (19:21.9)...Finished seventh in the 3000 Meter Run at the Stan Lyons Invitational (11:00.3).
(CROSS COUNTRY) Competed in seven of the eight races and scored in all six...Best finish came at the the Flyer 5K where she took 25th...Ran a season-best 20:05 at the Mel Brodt Invitational and placed 41st overall... Named the team's Top Newcomer of the Year.

As a junior was a state qualifier in Cross Country... All-WPIAL in Cross Country as a junior...All-WPIAL her junior campaign in the 4x800.
