2008-2009
(CROSS COUNTRY) Liz Coorey, part of a standout sophomore class, started off the season by leading the Flyers to a third place finish at the Meijer Flyer 5K with her third place time of 18:45. She would go on to finish second for the team in each of the next six races, and netted two top 10 finishes (at the Flyer 5K and Queen City Invitational). Coorey was also instrumental in securing UD's best finish ever at the Atlantic 10 Championships. Dayton wound up third overall, as the sophomore took 13th in the 5K race to earn a nomination to the All-Conference team for the first time in her young career.
(INDOOR) Ran a season best time of 10:27.42 in the 3,000 meter run at the Findlay Classic...Snagged an eighth place finish in the 3,000 meter run at the Indiana Open (10:30.53)... She excelled in the one mile run, coming in eighth with a season best time of 5:06.31 at the Atlantic 10 Championship... Ran a solid 5:07.76 at the Akron Invitational, good for second place... Also placed fourth at the Kent State Invite (5:09.35)... Coorey was also a member of the 4x800 relay team that took second place at the Atlantic 10 Championship(9:13,06)... That same 4x800 relay team also created a meet record time of 9:13.60 at the Findlay Classic.
(OUTDOOR) Competed in the 1,500 meter run four times throughout the season... Took seventh place at the Atlantic 10 Championships with a time of 4:37.13... At the Stan Lyons Invitational, took seventh place with a time of 4:37.30... Also competed in the 5,000 meter run three times...At the Oliver Nikoloff invitational, ran a 17:35.77, taking third place...Ran a 17:57.12 at the Atlantic 10 Championship, finishing seventh... Was also a member of the 4x800 meter relay team that took second place at the Atlantic 10 Championships, breaking the school record (8:55.04).

2007-2008
(INDOOR) Recorded a career best in the 1,000 meter run (3:07.25) finishing third at the ONU Friday Night Series...Finished eighth in the mile run (5:02.46) at the Atlantic 10 Championship for the second fastest time by a Flyer during the season...Also took third in the same event at the Findlay Classic crossing at 5:09.88.
(OUTDOOR) Recorded a career best in the 1500 meter run (4:42.96) finishing eighth at the Atlantic 10 Championship for the fastest time of the season for a Flyer in the event....In the 5000 meter run, she finished seventh at the All-Ohio Championship (17:55.26) and 13th at A-10 Championship (17:57.54).
(CROSS COUNTRY) Even as a freshman, Liz Coorey found herself atop the Flyer line-up on several occasions this season. She finished first on the squad in three of the final four meets, including at the Atlantic 10 Championships where she finished 27th overall. At the Falcon Invitational, Coorey recorded a personal best time of 18:39 to finish 23rd overall and capture the ninth spot on the school's all-time Top 5K Personal Bests list. She also led UD at the All-Ohio Meet, and finished in the top three among UD runners in each of the other four meets this season.

Member of 2006 Ohio Division I State Champion cross country team...Named Academic All-Ohio...Member of sixth place 4x800 meter relay team at '06 Ohio DI Track and Field Meet.
