INDIANAPOLIS - The University of Dayton women's tennis team suffered a 5-1 loss against Indianapolis Today.

The women's team had one win by freshman Allysa Detroy (Evansville, IN) and senior Courtney McDowell (Centerville, OH) in doubles competition. They defeated Lindsey Fischer and Ashley Liles 8-1.

UD women's tennis next travels to Muncie, IN for the Ball State Invitational on October 1 - 2, 2004.
