Results

The women's tennis team was defeated by the Musketeers 6-1 Tuesday afternoon at the Xavier University Tennis Courts. The Flyers are in the midst of a seven day stretch with four matches, having now completed two of those four.

Sophomore Megan Gray was a bright spot for UD. Her 6-3, 6-0 victory at #4 singles got the Flyers on the board. In doubles, Gray teamed up with freshman Nikki Dzubay at #2 to give their opponents Sarah Potts and Emily Tuchscherer a tough match, but fell 8-6.

The Flyers now stand at 8-8 in 2005-06, as they prepare for tomorrow's home match with Wright State beginning at 3:00 PM.
