Results

Junior Nikki Dzubay and sophomore Molly Mathews each picked up a singles win, but the Flyers dropped a 5-2 decision to Evansville on Sunday at Dayton Center Courts. UD fell to 6-12 on the spring.

Both Flyer victories were won in straight sets. Dzubay downed Allison Cox 6-2, 6-2 at No. 5 singles while Mathews topped Stephanie Millis at No. 6, 7-6(3), 6-2.

Dayton also picked up a doubles win from Mathews and Grote at No. 3. The duo defeated Millis and Cox 8-4.

The Flyers are off until next Wednesday, April 9, when they host crosstown rival Wright State at 4 p.m.
