Richmond, KY - Eastern Kentucky was too much for the Dayton women's tennis team Friday morning in the first match of a double header for the Flyers in Richmond, KY. Dayton fell to 2-5 this spring after the 6-1 loss while EKU improved to 3-1.

Freshman Carrie Trigilio recorded the only point for UD with a 6-2, 6-1 victory at #6 singles over Kim Underdonk. The win bumped Trigilio's record to 3-4 this spring, as EKU defeated the Flyers in the remaining five singles matches and each of the three doubles contests.

Dayton's second match of the day is at 3:00 PM against Belmont in Richmond.
