The Dayton women's tennis team posted its second sweep in its last three matches with a 7-0 victory over Wisconsin Green Bay on Saturday. It was the second of the three matches the Flyers are playing this weekend in Fort Wayne, IN. With Saturday's win, Dayton improved to 2-5 this spring.

Dayton won three singles matches in straight sets. Senior Allysa Detroy anchored the UD line-up at No. 1 singles with a 7-5, 6-4 win over Emily Lawent. At No. 5, junior Nikki Dzubay was victorious over Callee Conda, 6-4 ,6-1, while sophomore Molly Mathews defeated Kari Petrashek 6-0, 6-0 at No. 6.

Freshman Laina Grote was one of three Flyers to gut out a three-set victory. At No. 2 singles, Grote downed Kelly Stadum 6-2, 4-6, 6-2. Senior Megan Gray topped Lauryn Grimando at No. 3 singles, 2-6, 6-1, 6-2. Freshman Chelsea Glankler rounded out Dayton's singles scoring with a 6-2, 2-6, 7-5 win at No. 4 over Laura Bartingale.

UD won two doubles matches as well. Dzubay teamed with freshman Kelly O'Connell at No. 2 for an easy 8-0 victory. At No. 3, Grote and Mathews paired together for an 8-2 win.

The Flyers will play their final match in Fort Wayne, IN on Sunday, Feb. 10 at 7:30 a.m. against host team IPFW.
