Freshman Molly Meyer and senior Sheena Rothwell were both named to Atlantic 10 All-Conference teams on Tuesday. Meyer was named to the All-Rookie Team as Rothwell earned Second Team All-Conference in voting conducted among the Conference's sports information directors.

Meyer led UD in batting average (.329) this season and was second in runs (16) and fourth in hits (28). The Elk Grove, Illinois native collected six of her 15 runs this season in A-10 only games and was 13-for-37 for a .351 batting average in the conference.

On Monday, Meyer lead the Flyer offense in the final game of the season against the Ohio Bobcats scoring the lone run of the day, also going 1-for-2 in the opener.

Rothwell, a utility player for UD, earned a spot on the A-10 All-Conference Second Team as the designated player. The West Manchester, Ohio native posted a .278 batting average on the year, collecting 25 hits and 10 runs for the Flyers. She was the co-leader in homeruns (3) and walks (10), was third on the team in doubles (5) and second in RBI with 12.

The senior Flyer went 3-for-4 with three runs scored against St. Bonaventure on April 6.
