Appeared in 39 games and hit .219 in her sophomore campaign...started the season with a four-game hitting streak and a .455 batting average, including .500 against the Big 12 Conference's Nebraska, a 2009 NCAA qualifier...hit first collegiate home run in UD's win over North Dakota at the UNI-Dome Classic...registered five multi-hit games...had a season-high 3 RBI in a 2-for-3 outing against Rhode Island, helping the Flyers win their Atlantic 10 opener...tallied 15 RBI with three doubles and a home run...was third on the team in assists with 65, despite only playing 26 games at shortstop...had a season-high 6 assists against Cleveland State...tied for third for base on balls with 14......earned a spot on the 2009 Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Spring Honor Roll.

Named to the 2008 Atlantic 10 All-Rookie team...started all 51 games in her first season as the team's shortstop...ranked fourth on the team with a .296 batting average...cranked out five doubles and 40 hits in 135 at bats...amassed 16 RBI and went 4-for-5 in stolen base attempts...ranked third on team in walks (16)...had a .958 fielding percentage with 88 assists...made numerous acrobatic plays including a diving catch to end the inning against Eastern Kentucky...batted 4-for-6 with an RBI and a run scored over IPFW...hit 3-for-6 in the series at Toledo with 2 RBI and one run scored...drove in the game-winning run at Rhode Island in the top of the ninth...hit 2-for-5 against Wright State...went 4-for-7 against Saint Louis with one double and one run scored...finished second on the team with a .283 batting average against conference opponents...selected as the team's Rookie of the Year.

Named to the All-Ohio Underclassman Team....earned First Team All-Conference Mid-Miami League honors both her sophomore and junior years...voted team MVP in 2005 and 2007...First Team Girls Greater Catholic League honoree her senior year...also earned the Patriot Award...in addition, was an honor roll student all four years at Carroll High School and was a member of the Spanish National Honors Society (2006-2007)...played summer ball with the Miami Valley Xpress Softball.
