UD Coach Mike Tucker announced his 2006 camp dates

March 27, 2006

University of Dayton women's soccer head coach Mike Tucker announced the dates for his 2006 summer camps. The UD women's soccer program will offer a variety of camps, including residential, high school, and position specific camps, as well as a combined camp with the UD men's soccer program.

First is a residential camp from June 12-16 which will provide outstanding training and competitive opportunities for the serious and committed player. This type of camp offers prospective student-athletes a great look at the University of Dayton, the coaching staff and players, as well as offering an opportunity for each player to be evaluated over several days. UD's staff will also include college coaches from programs of various types and locations. Camp information and brochure is available at the Ohio South Youth Soccer Association's website at: http://www.osysa.com/residentialcamp.html

Additionally, UD will conduct a camp session for high school teams from July 17 - 21. This camp can accommodate up to 16 teams with the ability to customize training to suit team needs. The staff will be college coaches with collegiate players assisting. There will also be matches each day, and is a great way to kick off the high school season, with great training for players, as well as exposure to and by top collegiate coaches. Camp information and brochure is available at the Ohio South Youth Soccer Association's website at: http://www.osysa.com/highschoolcamp.html

Locally, for more advanced players of all ages from 7-16 UD will conduct a non-residential camp session from June 26-30. This is an Advanced Select camp. We will also conduct a Goalkeeper/Striker camp from July 10-14. Both camp sessions will run from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m.
