WOMEN'S SOCCER'S SECOND ANNUAL GOLF SCRAMBLE SET FOR MAY 1
Feb. 28, 2006 DAYTON, Ohio - The University of Dayton women's soccer team will hold its second annual Golf Scramble Monday, May 1 at the Heatherwoode Golf Club in Springboro, Ohio. The event will begin with a shotgun start at 8:30 a.m. and include lunch, prizes and a raffle. The fee to golf is $85 and hole-sponsorship is also available. "It's a great way for the current members of the program - coaches, players and their families, to get together with UD soccer alums, their families and our supporters. We feel that UD soccer is a family, and look at this as a reunion event. Everyone will have a great time on the course, and the event provides some much needed funding to help continue to build the soccer program." Registration is due to by April 17 and will be limited to the first 144 golfers.
