Manoj Khettry begins his third season on Tucker's staff after coming to UD from the University of Missouri. Khettry has successfully coordinated the Flyers' recruiting efforts while working primarily with the goalkeepers. He served in much of the same capacity with the Tigers.

In his first season at UD, Khettry helped ink an incoming class that was rated as high as 66th nationally and 11th in the region (Soccer Buzz). The 2004 incoming class was also the first in team history to feature two high school All-Americas, while having the furthest national reach of any class. The 2005 incoming also earned high praise from Soccer Buzz at it was rated 38th nationally and fourth in the region -- the highest-ever ranking for a UD incoming class.

Prior to Missouri, he spent two years in Beaverton, OR with adidas America serving as the Promotions Manager for US Youth Soccer and the NSCAA. His duties included managing the Girls Olympic Development Program's Elite Player component and the organization of the adidas Cup International Event, which is now known as the FIFA Women's U19 World Cup. He also initiated the US Youth Soccer/NSCAA marketing strategy and handled all budgetary responsibilities of the $4 million adidas/US Youth Soccer contract.

Khettry received his Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Spanish Language and Literature from Earlham College in 1988. While playing for the Quakers, he was a two-time team defensive MVP and was a Second Team NAIA All-American in 1987 and team MVP. He received his master's degree in Spanish Language and Literature while attending Miami University from 1994-1997. His wife Moira is a 1993 graduate of the University of Dayton.

His soccer-coaching resume also includes experience at the University of California as the men's assistant, as the Director of Coaching for the Cincinnati Classics Soccer Club from 1994-1998 and as assistant men's coach at Miami University from 1991-1994. He holds an "A" license from the US Soccer Federation and the NSCAA Advanced National Diploma.
