Weis placed first in the lightweight 8 at the Atlantic 10 Tournament in 2007. She has also been named to the Atlantic 10 Honor Roll in 2007 and 2008.

2006-07
In the 2006-2007 season Weis placed first in the Atlantic 10 in Lightweight 8 and was on the A-10 honor roll.

Personal
Prior to UD, Weis rowed for three years for Dublin Crew in Columbus, Ohio. Allison was part of the championship lightweight 8 in 2005 and 2006. In high school she ran track and cross country for two years.
