Kairit returned to the team in Spring 2008, and raced in the Varsity 8 at the Dad Vail Regatta.

Personal
Kairit is a junior International Business and Marketing major with a minor in French. She was a member of the novice A boat that placed 3rd at the A-10 championships in 2006. In high school, Kairit was on the varsity cheerleading team for 3 years, and was captain of her team for both fall and winter seasons senior year.
