Horan helped UD place 3rd in the Varsity 4+ at 2009 Atlantic 10 Championship. Sat bow seat in UD's varsity pair at Dad Vails finishing 6th in semi-finals. Sat six seat in the fourth place junior varsity 8+ at the Murphy Cup regatta.

2007-08
In the 2007-2008 season, Horan rowed in the Freshman 8 at the Atlantic 10 Championship.
