Gates has won a bronze medal in Novice 8 boat at the 2008 Atlantic 10 Conference regatta. Also, she placed 8th in the 2007 Dad Vail regatta as part of the Varisty 8 boat, the highest the team has placed at that regatta in that category.
2006-07
Helped the Flyers place in eighth at Dad Vail Regatta in the Varsiy 8.
2005-06
Gates was a member of the Novice A boat that placed 3rd at the A-10 championship regatta.
