Anne Feight was added to the rowing staff for the 2003-2004 season. She has been developing and working with the novice team since 2003.

In her first year of coaching, the novice team competed successfully at several duals. She contributed to the Novice Eight's 3rd place finish at both the Atlantic 10 Conference and East Coast Athletic Conference Championship. Feight also led to the second place finishes of both the Novice Four and Second Novice Eight.

Originally from Tecumseh, Michigan, Feight attended UD and occupied a spot in the Varsity Eight boat for three consecutive years, captaining the team her senior year. Under Feight's direction, the Varsity Eight placed second at A-10's, their highest finish to date, and advanced to the Varsity Eight Finals at ECAC, another first for the women's rowing team. Feight was named to the Commissioner's Honor Roll for the Atlantic 10 and graduated cum laude in 2003.

In 2003, she graduated cum laude with a degree in Early Childhood Education. Prior to attaining her current position with the Flyers, Feight led a summer rowing program for a camp in Maine and several other camps in the Dayton area.

Feight currently resides in Kettering, Ohio and teaches second grade at a local elementary school.
