2009-2010
As captain of the women's team, Caldwell returns for her fourth year with the Flyers.

2008-2009
Sitting out the fall season with a shoulder injury, Caldwell returned for the spring as a member of the Varsity 8+ competing in races such as the Murphy Cup, the Atlantic 10 Championships, and the Dad Vail Regatta.

2007-2008
Caldwell was part of the Varsity 8+ finishing fourth at Atlantic 10 Championship. To conclude the season, she was named a 2008 Atlantic 10 Academic All American.

2006-2007
In her first season with the Flyers, Caldwell competed in both the Novice 8+ and the Novice 4+. She was named Novice of the Year.

Personal
Majoring in Biology and minoring in Chemistry, Caldwell has been named to the Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll every season.
