"I'm really proud of our kids, we defend really well. They are more athletic and quicker in every position, we played man to man the whole game and we contained them. I am really proud of our kids."

"I think it is how they played her. They played Nikki [Oakland] 1-on-1 and if you play Nikki 1-on-1 she is going to get that jump hook shot or that up and under move. It is not them, it is how they play her and how she responds."

"We don't focus on only one kid getting the ball ever. Kristin [Daugherty] is going to be a really good player once she gets it all together. I am really proud of her and she is starting to come into her own. She is doing really good things."

"It's mostly my teammates. They see me going and I am wide open. I just play my game. I couldn't be scoring as much as I am, or have the 12 points that I did if I didn't have the guards looking down at me, or looking down for transition points. I give almost 100-percent of my points to the guards. They are just always looking high or low down to me, and all of the guards looking down. They notice when it is a mismatch."

"Everything was clicking. We knew this was a tough game coming in. We all just played as a team as we have the past ten games that we have won. Somebody else steps up every game and there is not one specific person who is going to score 20 points and that is going to help our game. If someone is off, then someone else is going to step up their scoring just like Kristin [Daugherty] did today. She was a big help."

"I think that the whole team played together so well. It's not an individual it is how our offense was flowing, and I just happened to get a couple shots."

"Coming into any new setting it takes a while to get your feet wet. The girls have done a good job taking me under their wing and showing me how things are supposed to be done. I definitely feel more comfortable now."
