2008
After missing the first two meets of the season, Michael Peters came on strong and finished in the top seven in each the last five races of the fall campaign. Peters set a personal best time at the Atlantic 10 Championships, where he crossed the line 76th in a time of 26:30. He also scored for the Flyers at the Roy Griak Invitational, NCAA Pre-Nationals, and NCAA Great Lakes Regionals. Following the season, Head Coach Rich Davis awarded Peters with the team's most improved runner award.

2007
After co-oping in his Engineering Major during the spring track season, Michael Peters finished 2007 on a high note by placing fifth on the team at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional 10K in a time of 34:29.56. By placing as fifth-man, he finalized the team's scoring to its highest place in the program's history.

2006
After red-shirting last fall, Michael Peters began competition as a Flyer in the spring in an outdoor meet at Miami University where he ran a 16:48 5K. In the fall, Peters ran in six meets and finished in the Top 7 on the team twice. This included a very good performance at the All-Ohio Championships where he finished as the fourth Flyer across the line. His season best time came in his last race of the year at the A-10 Championships with a time of 27:40. This Flyer showed improvement throughout the season and with hard work, he has a promising future.

2005
A freshman recruit, Peters was unable to compete after the Flyer 5K due to a heel injury and red-shirted the 2005 season.

HIGH SCHOOL
Was second team GMC as a freshman, and he was a GMC Academic Award winner all four years. His team made it Regionals three times.
