2003: After foot surgery in the spring, Lewis was one of the most consistent men on the team in training day in and day out, throughout the rest of the year. He completed six of the season's eight races, finishing among the top-6 four times. He was able to step up late in the season as fourth-man at both the All-Ohio and Atlantic 10 Championships, where he ran a personal best 26:48. Lewis is currently ranked in 26th place on the Harrier hero list.

2002: Lewis had to deal with a heel spur injury throughout the season, but was able to compete in six of the eight meets. He finished as 7th-man on four occasions. This included his best performance of the year where he ran 26:54 at the Atlantic-10 Championships. Lewis is currently ranked as 23rd on the Harrier Hero list.

2001: Lewis made the team as a "walk-on" by winning the Intra-squad 5K and contributed to the team's effort an all seven varsity races...He was the Flyers' 4th-man on three occasions along 7th, 6th, 5th and 2nd places finishes. A 10th place overall finish at the Queen City Invitational earned Lewis "Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week" honors. He was named to the "Cross Country Only All-America" team by virtue of his 7th-place finish in the National Championship. Lewis' 8K personal best of 26:49, set at the National Catholic Invitational, ranks him 21st on the "Harrier Heroes" list.

HIGH SCHOOL: Out of Archbishop Moeller High School in Loveland, OH, Lewis won the team's Crusader and Captain's Awards.
