2005-06: Saw limited action as a freshman this fall...Fall singles record of 1-3...Doubles record of 0-2...His win was a 6-1, 6-1 victory over Wright State's Taylor Saunders at the Wright State Invitational. During the spring had a perfect 1-0 doubles record in limited action.

High School: Matias had a successful senior season at first singles. He broke the school record for best winning percentage in a season by compiling an 18-5 overall record. He finished in 3rd place at the Greater Miami Conference Tournament in the first singles draw.
