UD SOCCER ANNOUNCES SUMMER CAMP DATES
April 11, 2006 University of Dayton men's soccer coach Dennis Currier announced his 2006 camp dates. The UD Soccer Academy will feature coaches from various universities, high schools, former and current professional and college stars. Player from UD's men's team will be present to interact and train with campers. "We're proud to offer a variety of camps to help young area soccer players reach their goals in the sport," Currier said. College Combine Camp Non-Residential (Ages 15-18) This camp will feature college coaches from many different areas to give young men the necessary exposure to college soccer. It will offer a great opportunity to help find the right college. The camp will run from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, May 6-7. College Combine Camp Residential (Ages 15-18) This camp will feature college coaches from many different areas to give young men the necessary exposure to college soccer. It will offer a great opportunity to help find the right college. The camp will run from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, June 3-4. Check in will be at Marianist Hall on Friday, June 2 and will begin at 5 p.m. and run through 8 p.m. College Bound Residential (Ages 13-18) Are you ready to play at the collegiate level? We'll cover areas pertaining to technical, tactical, physical and psychological aspects of college soccer. This weekend will allow you to experience "what it takes" to play college soccer at all levels (NCAA I. II, III, NAIA, and NJCAA). The camp will run from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, July 15-16.
