Had a stellar campaign in his debut season for the Flyers as their starting goalkeeper...earned his first start in UD's sixth game of the season after coming into preseason with an injury...proceeded to roll on a 10-game unbeaten streak and went on to start the final 17 games of the year...posted a 13-2-2 record with seven shutouts and a 0.97 GAA, which was fourth in the A-10 and is second best all-time in UD's single-season record book...his .809 save percentage was the second best in the Atlantic 10 and Top 50 in the NCAA...his 72 saves was good enough for sixth in the conference...made 43 saves in conference action, ranking him second in Atlantic 10-only games...posted three consecutive shutouts in conference play, recording a season-high eight saves in a 0-0 double overtime tie against nationally-ranked Charlotte (Oct. 17) and posted three saves to help the Flyers upset No. 15 Saint Louis 1-0 (Oct. 19)...was named Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week and selected to the College Soccer New National and Top Drawer Soccer Men's College Teams of the Week for his efforts...made seven saves in the 1-0 shutout of UMass in the Atlantic 10 Championship Final...named an All-Ohio goalkeeper by OSCAA...also collected Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week honors for Sept. 22 after posting two shutouts.

"Tyler was one of the top goalkeepers coming out of Colorado his senior year. He is transferring in from one of the best Division I programs in the country and should be able to contribute right away."

Four-year letter winner for the Regis Jesuit Raiders ... Earned first-team all-conference and second-team all-area as a junior and senior ... Rocky Mountain News honored him as one of the "Best of the Best" Top 5A Goalkeepers ... Played club soccer for Real Colorado ... Also lettered in baseball.
