PHILADELPHIA - University of Dayton senior Brett Gould (Dayton, OH) was named Atlantic 10 Player of the Week after finishing in seventh place and shooting (210) six-under par at the Eastern Kentucky University Colonel Classic in Richmond, KY this weekend.

Gould finished all three rounds under par (70-69-71), with a career best 69 in the second round. His (-6) outing was only four strokes off the leader and helped the Flyers gain their best finish of the year in seventh place.

Dayton finished with a team total of 876 (+12) and was 35 strokes better than its previous performance this year. UD returns to action Monday October 4th to host the Dayton Fall Invitational at NCR Country Club. Tee times start at 12:00 p.m.
