After redshirting the 2002 season, Resch took over placekicking duties for UD last season, and was named Second Team All-PFL. He led UD in scoring (73 points). He was 43 of 47 PAT's and 10 of 18 field goals. He hit six of seven between 30 and 39 yards, and had a long field goal of 46 yards. He was First Team Academic All-PFL, and a member of the Pioneer Football League Academic Honor Roll. He is finishing up his eligibility while taking graduate classes.

PERSONAL Son of Jeff and Linda Resch...Born on February 2, 1982..Majored in Finance and Accounting...He did all of the kicking for Poland High's 1999 Division III State Champions, who went 15-0. He was first team all-conference in football and track.
