AT DAYTON: In 2008, Martirano saw action in five games, tallying two tackles. After starting out at wide receiver at Dayton, Martirano moved to defense in the spring of 2007. He was twice named a Scout Team Player of the Week in 2006. Martirano was also named to the PFL Academic Honor Roll in 2008.
