AT DAYTON:
Junior Nick Glavin returns at kicker for the Flyers after doing most of the placekicking for the last two seasons. Last year, he was second on the team in scoring with 72 points. He was 39 of 42 in PAT's, and 11 of 16 in field goals with a long of 42 yards. He also punted in 2008, averaging 34.0 yards a punt. Of his 54 punts, 14 were downed inside the 20 and another 11 were fair caught. As a sophomore he was 35 of 37 PAT's in 2007 and also three-for-five in field goals with a long of 29 yards. He redshirted in 2006. Glavin is a two-time member of the Pioneer Football League Academic Honor Roll and was First Team Academic All-PFL in 2008.

PERSONAL:
Son of Robert and Sheila Glavin...Born June 18, 1988...Glavin was a Second Team All-Greater Catholic League kicker at Alter where he also captained the hockey team. He is majoring in chemical engineering.
