Estey was a three-year letterwinner of the football, basketball, and lacrosse teams in high school, and was captain of both basketball and lacrosse. He earned all-state honors in lacrosse as a senior, and helped his basketball team win a district championship in 2008. He was voted to his high school's executive board and is majoring in Exercise Science at UD.
