Dunn was captain for both the football and basketball teams at Brookville High School. He was First Team All-Southwestern Buckeye League, First Team All-Southwest District and Second Team All-Ohio. He was the SWBL Defensive Lineman of the Year and the Division IV Anthony Munoz Foundation Defensive Lineman of the Year. He was also first team all-conference in basketball. Dunn is an Education major at UD.
