Son of Jeffrey and Debra Conforti....Born on July 1, 1990....Has one sister, Jenna....Is an undecided Business major at UD....Conforti was team captain as a senior at Geneva High School. He was selected first team all-conference and First Team Beacon News All-Area. He came back from a severe knee injury as a junior to return to the lineup and intercept four passes in 2007. Also a standout hockey player in high school, Jake was named Tournament MVP at The Blackhawk Cup. From an athletic family, Conforti's great-grandfather played on the 1952 World Series Yankees, his father, Jeffrey, played college football at Eastern Illinois, and his uncle played at Nebraska on the 1970 National Championship team.
