Bush is listed #2 at right defensive end heading into the 2008 campaign. He saw action in three games in the 2007 sesaon, adding two tackles to his resume as a Flyer. Bush did not see game action in his first two years on campus. He was named a Scout Team Player of the Week heading into last year's Butler game. He was a member of the 2006 PFL Academic Honor Roll.

His father Joseph played football at Air Force and wrestled at Notre Dame, his uncle Pete Bush was a national champion wrestler at Iowa and his grandfather Jack Bush played on a national championship football team at Notre Dame.
