DAYTON, Ohio - The University of Dayton Flyers Men's Basketball team will be sporting some new looks for upcoming games this season.

For the Wednesday, Jan. 16 game against the Massachusetts Minutemen, the Flyers will wear an alternate home jersey. Also, during that game five lucky fans will win jerseys actually worn by the team. An "Alternate Ticket Special" of buy one get one free is also available for the game.

Jerseys worn by the teams from 1979 to 1983 will be worn as part of a Throwback game against the Saint Louis Billikens on Wednesday, Jan. 30. Ticket prices will be rolled back to prices from those years. Select seats will be available for $4 each.

In addition some select concession items will be priced from that era as well. Again, five fans will win jerseys worn by the team, throwback towels will be given away and music from that era will be played during the game.

The jerseys are available for purchase at the game in the merchandise stands and also at Korporate Kasuals on Brown St. A limited quantity will be available beginning this Saturday.

In addition, fans can bid on their favorite player's game worn jersey in an on-line auction that will be conducted on daytonflyers.com. Proceeds from the auction will be used to support the Athletics Competitiveness Fund.
