Chris Wright
"It's a lot of hard work that is paying off. However, it's a long season and we are happy with the win. We have to continue to get better. That's the first championship of many this year that we look to win."

"It's a big win, but it's a long season and you can't hang your hat on one win. Marquette is ranked and out of the Big East conference, but that doesn't mean anything to us. We just come out and play basketball. We love to play and we came here for a reason and that's to win. We just looked at it as another game to play our butt off and win."

Rob Lowery
"I just played my game. I've been playing like this the whole season, just shots haven't been falling. It's about this team. We play so hard and we believe in each other. That was important tonight."

"I thought we played harder, but we never play soft or slack off, but tonight we had that crazy intensity. If we come out and play that hard all of the time, we will be tough to beat."

London Warren
"I felt good. It was great for us to come up here in coach's home town and win is great. It was great to come up against a team like Marquette. To beat in back-to-back games teams from the Big East and SEC, you have to have a lot of heart and a lot of fight. We just do not stop fighting. Yesterday we went 0-for-24 from three and just to come back to today, it was to keep shooting and that was big."

"I was at the scorer's table. I saw the play develop as soon as the ball was kicked up to Chris. I knew he was going to dunk it, but the only thing I didn't know is if it was going to be a charge or not. He had a chance to jump over him because he was only 5-8. We're going to be looking for it on the ESPN Top 10 tomorrow."

Head Coach Brian Gregory
"Marquette's a super team. We had to hit on all cylinders to win. It started with our defense, and ended with our rebounding, and in between we got better on offense."

"My biggest concern was taking care of the ball, because they are the kind of team that generates a lot of offense off the other team's turnovers. The fact that we had less turnovers than they did and scored twice as many points off turnovers as they did speaks volumes to how well we played."

"We play a lot of guys, but if we didn't we wouldn't have been fresh enough to win against an SEC team in overtime and then come back the next night and beat the #15 team in the country. It's who we are."

"You enter these tournaments to win them. And this was a great win. For us to win with all 12 guys contributing, in front a ton of our fans who just went bonkers, and in front of my family and friends in my hometown means a lot, I'm not going to lie. But for it to be a truly meaningful win, we have to be better tomorrow than we were today. That trophy goes up on the shelf when we get back, and we'll start working for the next one."
