Known as the "Jacksonville Jet," London Warren is an explosive point guard who has outstanding quickness on the offensive and defensive ends. Warren's energy, enthusiasm and creativity made him a favorite among the Flyer Faithful.

Since his first appearance in a Flyer uniform as a freshman, Warren has steadily improved his overall game from the point guard position. After two years coming off the bench, Warren excelled in a starting role and continued to bring an infusion of energy on the court. He has led UD in steals the previous three seasons and increased his totals in numerous statistical categories such as points per game, rebounds, assists and field goal shooting percentage.

With his senior year approaching, this starting guard shows signs of continuing success and improvements in all categories. Warren is sure to contribute a load of strong defensive effort for the Flyers in the 2009-10 season.

    2008-09
In his first year as a starter, London Warren led the Flyers in assists (4.5), assist-to-turnover ratio (2.4) and steals (1.6), and was in the Top 20 in the Atlantic 10 in all three categories. He was named to the 2009 Atlantic 10 All-Defensive Team. The "Jacksonville Jet" has been one of the best defensive players for UD over the last three years, and earned Dayton's Defensive Player of the Year the previous two seasons. Warren led the Flyers with team-highs of nine rebounds and eight assists to go with four points and two steals against Temple. He recorded 11 points, eight assists and three steals without a turnover at Toledo. Warren tallied eight points, five rebounds and five assists against Richmond in the A-10 Quarterfinals. He dished out a career-best 12 assists to go with five rebounds versus Duquesne in the A-10 Semifinals. In the NCAA First Round, he had nine assists to only one turnover against West Virginia. Warren finished the season playing in all 35 games and contributing 145 points total.

    2007-08
Warren earned the Flyers' Defensive Player of the Year award after leading the team with 45 steals. In the Atlantic 10, Warren ranked 17th with 1.3 steals per game. Warren tallied career-bests of 13 points and 10 rebounds to go with five assists at Rhode Island. At Richmond he added 11 points and matched that point total the following game against Saint Louis. Warren scored all six of his points in double overtime in UD's win over Akron. At Louisville, Warren snagged a career-high four steals in UD's win and matched that number with four steals to go with six points and eight rebounds versus Loyola. His lay-up and two free throws with less than a minute remaining gave UD the lead that would not be relinquished over Charlotte. At La Salle, Warren delivered 10 points and seven assists. He had seven points in 10 minutes of action at St. Bonaventure. Warren filled up the stat sheet with five points, three rebounds, three assists, two steals and a blocked shot over Saint Joseph's. At Illinois State in the NIT Second Round, Warren had four points, six rebounds, four assists and two steals. He finished the year averaging 4.3 points and 2.9 rebounds per game in 34 contests.

    2006-07
After averaging just 7.7 minutes, 0.7 points, 1.2 assists and 1.7 turnovers in the first six league games, Warren averaged 18.1 minutes, 4.2 points, 3.4 assists and just 1.8 turnovers in the last 14 games, and earned starts in the last seven games. High School
Warren came to the University of Dayton after an outstanding career at Jacksonville's Raines High School, a powerhouse on the Florida prep scene. Warren was First Team 4A All-Florida as a senior, after averaging 21.0 points, 7.5 assists, 6.0 rebounds and 3.2 steals a game. Raines finished 16-10 and ranked 20th in Florida 4A that season.
