Brad McEldowney is the newest member of the University of Dayton men's basketball program, joining the team as a walk-on this season.
High School
A 2007 graduate of Ansonia High School, just northwest of Dayton, he is a sophomore at UD. He was a two-time team captain and Most Valuable Player for Ansonia, averaging 13.0 points as a junior and 16.3 points, 9.1 rebounds and 2.5 assists as a senior.
He was First Team All-District 9, First Team All-Darke County, and First Team All-Cross County Conference in 2006 and 2007. He hopes to eventually coach college basketball.
