XENIA, Ohio - The non-conference baseball game between Dayton and Butler scheduled for Wednesday has been postponed due to wintry field conditions at Athletes in Action Field in Xenia, Ohio.

The Miami Valley picked up close to two inches of rain on Tuesday that was followed by light snow and cold conditions overnight which made the field turf surface in Xenia unplayable on Wednesday. No makeup date for the game has been announced.

Dayton (3-2) is coming off a three-game sweep of High Point this past weekend and will now head to Clarksville, TN for the 2008 Governors Classic this weekend. UD will face host Austin Peay on Friday and Sunday at 3:30 p.m. ET. The Flyers will also take on Bradley Saturday at Noon ET. All three games can be followed with Live Stats at www.DaytonFlyers.com
