Atlantic 10 Second Team selection...Started all 57 games while playing in the outfield and at designated hitter...Led the team with 41 RBI and was second with 16 doubles...Recorded a .442 slugging percentage while hitting four triples and three home runs...Began the season with just seven hits in his first 45 at bats, but finished the season by going 57-for-160 in his final 44 games...Drove in the game-winning run with a bases-clearing triple in the top of the ninth as UD beat Richmond 6-4...He knotted the score in a come-from-behind win over Bowling Green with a bases-loaded single in the ninth inning...Ripped a bases-loaded infield single off the foot of a Saint Louis pitcher in the 10th inning for a 6-5 Flyer victory...Scored the game-winning run in a 2-0 shutout of George Washington in the A-10 Championships.
2005
Played in 57 games, starting 55 primarily in left field...Named to the A-10 All-Championship Team...Led the Flyers with 54 RBI overall (4th in A-10) and 16 multiple RBI games nine with three RBI or more...Posted 14 multi-hit games and ranked second with a .346 average...Hit a grand slam in the season opener to lead UD to a 13-8 win at Wofford on Feb. 12...Also smacked an eighth-inning grand slam to cap a 7-5 come-from-behind win over Otterbein on May 17...Went 3-for-4 with a double, three runs scored and three RBI in a 21-17 victory over Butler...Collected three RBI in each of the Flyers' two games on May 26...Was 3-for-4 against eventual champion Rhode Island and followed with a 1-for-5 performance including a run scored in Dayton's win over Duquesne that evening.
Prior to UD
Won the 2001 WOL Conference Championship during his prep career at Fairmont...He was named as an All-Area selection after batting .390...Played for nearby Sinclair Community College...In his final season at Sinclair, he hit .295 with 32 RBI and 35 runs scored...He tallied eight doubles, a triple and three home runs for SCC.
