Appeared in 14 games and started four for the Flyers...Hit .211 in 19 plate appearances with three RBI...Went 2-for-4 with two doubles and 2 RBI against Tennessee Tech...Collected an RBI single in his first collegiate plate appearance against High Point...Also reached base against Xavier and Rhode Island.
2007
Did not see any action for the Flyers in the 2007 season, but practiced with the team throughout the year.
Prior to UD
A two-time team MVP and three-year team captain at Lake Forest High School...Was named as a finalist for the 2006 Illinois State Hitting Derby after a senior season in which he hit .392 with 32 RBI and 25 runs scored...Also an All-North Suburban Conference pick and a two-time All County selection.

An accounting major, Konsler was born January 7, 1988...He plans to attend law school after graduation...He is the son of David and Stephanie Konsler...He has two brothers, Kevin and Ryan.
