DAYTON - The University of Dayton softball team claimed the Atlantic 10 series win over George Mason with a 5-4 victory in Sunday's finale on Senior Day. With today's win, the Flyers have reached the 30-win mark for the first time since the 2018 season.
On the season, Dayton is now 30-14 overall and 14-3 in conference games while George Mason moves to 28-17 for the year and 14-6 in league action.

UP NEXT
Dayton will close out the home portion of its 2023 schedule on Wednesday as it plays host to Morehead State. The Flyers and Eagles are set to play two on April 26 at UD Softball Stadium. First pitch is set for 2 p.m. and admission is free.
