The University of Dayton is poised to send a record-setting number of Flyers into the world ready to learn, lead and serve.

Approximately 1,500 students will receive undergraduate degrees Sunday, May 8.

Dayton's Graduation Success Rate (GSR) of 95 in this year's NCAA report ranks the University tied for 25th in the nation.

In the latest NCAA Academic Progress Rate (APR), of the Flyers' 15 teams with a cohort for this year's APR, 14 had a score of 988 or higher (out of a perfect score of 1,000), well above the national average.
 
In addition, Flyers win championships. This year's senior class has been a part of winning 14 Atlantic 10 Conference Championships and 16 NCAA Championship appearances, including back-to-back Elite Eight runs by the mens' and women's basketball teams in 2013-14 and 2014-15, respectively.

Ninety-seven percent of University of Dayton undergraduates in academic year 2014-15 responding to a UD Office of Career Services survey reported being employed, pursuing an advanced degree or participating in a service program within six months of graduation. Each of the University's four schools offering undergraduate degrees — engineering, education and health sciences, business, and arts and sciences — had a 95 percent success rate or better.

Mickey Ludlow – Working as a medical scribe and then attending medical school

Sonya Napariu – Joining Allegion as a sales development consultant in Tempe, Ariz. Allegion (NYSE: ALLE) is a public traded, Fortune 500 safety and security company consisting more than 25 brands in 130 countries.

Paige Yaeger – Taking part in the Engineering Sales Development Program with Parker Hannifin Engineering Corporation where she will travel to different offices across the United States throughout the course of the year, training to become a sales territorial manager

Kissima Bojang – Play professional soccer in Seattle with either the Sounders USL or PDL

Anthony Keene – Working for a company back home in Montana for the summer. Applied for the master's program in Water Resources Engineering at Colorado State and Montana State and will pursue a Professional Engineer's License. 

Andrew Lightner - Next Fall, will study international development at the London School of Economics and Political Science. After graduating with a Master's in Development Studies, he plans to work for a development institution or for a non-profit which performs impact evaluations of development programs

Maik Schoonderwoerd – Playing for the Dayton Dynamo in the summer and then pursuing a job in the sports management industry. Career ambitions of a professional career and a job in the sports management industry, preferably in college-athletics (for soccer) or on the pro-level (preferably soccer as well)
